Here's the recipe for a holiday salad that everyone will enjoy all year round. 

 

 

 

 

Berry Medley Salad Ingredients 

  • 15 ounces baby arugula

  • 8 ounces fresh goat cheese

  • 3 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup blue berries 

  • 1/4 rasberries 

  • 1/4 cup grilled strawberries 

  • 1/3 cup praline pecans

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • salt and black pepper

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

 

 

 

Berry Medley Salad Preperation

 

  • Prepare and grill your berries
